Paid after the service is provided and only if satisfied.
Note: After the Consultation is done, we will send you our Bank account details and you will be responsible to pay for the service via bank transfer.
How long:
The maximum duration for each consultation is 45min/consultation.
Technical Details:
You would be allowed to communicate with the service provider by audiovisual and chat.
You should have a computer and/or Cell phone with camera and an active internet connection.
Language used: English or Arabic.
As regard your Radiology imaging – reports – labs – videos; You will be allowed to upload this as: (Picture – Ms. Word file – PDF file)
The plan of action to make this possible:
1st you will submit your Name – Cell phone Number with the Country Key – Email – Country – Quick Brief Description of your condition. Decide the preferred Date and time for you (Immediate if possible or at certain time).
2nd After receiving the order, we will confirm the appointment via all possible channels (SMS – Email – WhatsApp). And we will give you options for this consultation to happen via different platforms as available and preferred for you:

3rd After finishing the consultation, we will send you our bank details to finish the payment through your bank.
All the data provided from both sides is totally confidential and can’t be used without other party approval.

All consultations are done via a Consultant Holding a PHD/post graduate Studies with more than 10 years experience in this field.
The Consultant C.V. will be sent to you at the start of the Consultation.
